I am 76 and recently attended a spoon carving day run by Bristol Tree Craft. My initial apprehensions (would I manage?) quickly melted away as I became absorbed in the activity. Ben explained and demonstrated spoon carving in stages, emphasising safe use of tools. He gave clear instructions, accompanied by encouragement , advice and praise. I was delighted to go home with a functional cooking spoon and, as a bonus, without my usual aching stiff neck. I will recommend the course to family and friends. Many thanks Ben
